Pollux has a very defined mission, and works through a set of values to acomplish one goal: to be a national and international reference in the students involvement in the space industry, establishing itself as one of the main incubators of professionals in this area. Focused on the recruitment, the formation and management of the members, Human Resources pretend to transform the Pollux team into the best team possible. Through formations and activities, potentiates the members with the necessary skills for each department. They also ensure that each member gets their own space to grow.
